After last night's emotional goodbye, could we see Len Goodman BACK on Strictly Come Dancing after all?!
Len bowed out of the BBC One show in last night's final with his live appearance on the series.
Back in the summer, Len confirmed he'd be stepping down as a judge after this year's run.
But fellow judge Craig Revel Horwood reckons he could well be back.
"He’ll be at home, burning with desire to return soon," Craig suggested.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “He won’t be able to stand seeing someone else in his seat.
"I wouldn’t be surprised if, after next year, he wants to come back. He’ll say, ‘No, no, no. I want to play golf. I don’t want to do that’.
“Then he says ‘Oh, OK, I’ll do one weekend’. Then that turns into the whole run.”
Meanwhile, Craig insisted that the pair were great friends despite clashes on the show.
And he said of saying goodbye to Len after sitting alongside him for more than a decade: “I could feel myself getting emotional. It suddenly hit me how long we’ve been together.
"Now in 53 countries there are Len Goodman types all emulating him on versions of the show.
“I’m the villain offset by the jovial joker, Bruno, and Len has been the man of authority, the cheeky chappy who has always kept things upbeat and doesn’t like to score anyone under a ‘Severnnnn!’.”
The result was a shocker, with Ore considered the outsider going into the contest having twice been in the dance off.
But on the final night he pulled it out of the bag when the other finalists stumbled, scoring two perfect 40s to top the judges' scoreboard and viewer vote.
Strictly Come Dancing will return to BBC One for a new series next year.
