And he'll be bringing back his classic Gangnam Style routine once more.
Ed and pro partner Katya Jones' Salsa to the track has been this year's stand out routine, albeit not for the right reasons.
And so what better way than to celebrate the series with one last performance in the final?
“We are coming back and we’ll be doing Gangnam. That’s become our trademark. Ed is quite excited about coming back,” Katya teased.
Speaking to the Daily Star on Sunday newspaper, she continued: “I didn’t have to convince him much when we first did that routine. As soon as I mentioned it, he was like ‘yeah… let’s do this’.
"We knew we had to make an impact. People were looking forward to our routines every week so we just had fun with it”.
The Strictly Come Dancing 2016 final will see the top three couples will return to the dancefloor to battle it out in the ballroom for the very last time.
After 13 amazing weeks of glitter, excitement and sensational dance performances, the wait is nearly over; Ore Oduba and Joanne Clifton, Louise Redknapp and Kevin Clifton and Danny Mac and Oti Mabuse will dance three routines - their favourite, the judges' choice, and a spectacular show-dance, in a bid to win the viewers' votes and the 2016 Glitter Ball trophy.
As well as all this, there will be spectacular group performances, magical musical moments and a host of other special surprises as the curtain comes down on another memorable series of dancefloor drama.
