Strictly Come Dancing 2016 results! Ore Oduba tops scores but did he deserve to?

Strictly spoiler! Strictly results and scoreboard marks

Tonight's Strictly Come Dancing 2016 results will see the finalists confirmed and controversy is already brewing.

It was the Semi Finals on Strictly Come Dancing this week and one more celebrity will be going this evening.

After the final danced two routines each on Saturday night, Ore ended Danny Mac's four week reign at the top of the leaderboard as he finished the evening with a combined score of 77 out of 80 marks to Danny's 76.

Meanwhile Louise Redknapp and Claudia Fragapane were joint bottom with 73 points each after their two routines.

However the marks have got a LOT of people angry, with some accusing the judges of 'fixing' their marks to keep certain acts in.

The panel have been criticised for supposedly 'undermarking' Claudia and many don't feel Ore's routines were deserving as top spot in the leaderboard.

"Ore should go off this week. He's good but not the best and did not deserve top of the leaderboard!! #Strictly" one fan wrote on Twitter.

Another agreed: "#Strictly Ore didn't deserve 10s the judges are just trying to get him through to the final"

A third of many similar comments read: "Marking tonight so biased. Claudia did not deserve to be bottom and Ore did not deserve to be top. VOTING FOR CLAUDIA ! Go Girl. #strictly"

Some fans of the show suggested a conspiracy theory because Ore had signed up to next year's live tour.

"@bbcstrictly what a fix its laughable, overmark ore and louise, put him on last, undermark Claudia as she is not on tour," one viewer wrote.

Even former pro James Jordan got in on the idea, tweeting: "My halfway predictions for the final. Claudia is the only person not doing the Strictly Tour. Bye bye Claudia"

"LET'S ALL VOTE FOR CLAUDIA AND MESS UP THEIR PLAN" he later told fans, adding: "Ore once again saved by the judges not the public. Manipulation at its best..."

Ore Oduba

A spokesperson for the show previously insisted that there wasn't any sort of fixing going on with the marks.

They said: “Each judge scores each dance independently, based on its merits and in their expert opinion."

The two acts with the fewest combined public votes and judges' scores will appear in the dance off in Sunday night's results show where the three finalists will be confirmed.
