Here's a first look at all the Strictly Come Dancing 2016 couples in training for this weekend's semi-final.
Four celebrity and pro pairings remain and this week, for the first time on the series, they'll be dancing two full routines each.
Claudia and AJ will be performing the Quickstep to ‘When You’re Smiling’ by Andy Williams.
"My Quickstep has to be really, really good because I really want to get to that final," says Claudia. "I need to be that ball of energy and keep smiling." The pair's second dance is the Rumba to ‘Bleeding Love’ by Leona Lewis.
One of Louise and Kevin's dances is the Samba to ‘Brazil’ by Thiago Thomé. She confessed: "I feel a bit nervous, I find the wriggling hip action just different. Everything's moving, nothing ever stops moving.
"I'm trying to be really positive and just throw myself at it and see what happens!"
Her second dance with Kevin is the Tango to ‘Glad All Over’ by the Dave Clark Five.
Danny and Oti will be performing Salsa to the track ‘Vivir Mi’ Vida by Marc Anthony and an American Smooth to ‘Misty Blue’ by Dorothy Moore.
Ore said: "The American Smooth is a ballroom dance and I feel like some of my greatest achievements have been with ballroom dances.
"I really want to make people feel something with it. I want it to be one beautiful, clean show from the moment we start to we finish."
Ore and Joanne have a Quickstep to ‘Are You Gonna Be My Girl?’ by Jet and an Argentine Tango to ‘Can’t Get You Out of My Head’ by Kylie Minogue.
Describing it as the "formula 1 of the dance world," Ore said of learning the Quickstep: "You cover so much ground and at serious speed. This is the best way to show we've got bounce-back-ability and Joanne and I mean real business."
Strictly Come Dancing 2016 airs Saturday and Sunday night with its live semi-final on BBC One.
