Strictly Come Dancing 2016 online voting for free


Once again tonight you can vote on Strictly Come Dancing 2016 online for FREE and here's all you need to know.

The online vote opens the exact same time as the phone vote as announced in each week's show after all couples have danced.

Lines close the same time as the phone vote which is generally around an hour after the live show finished. The exact time lines close will be announced on the night by hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.

How to vote on Strictly Come Dancing for free online

In order to vote you'll need to register for a BBC ID if you don't have one already - Register for FREE HERE.

You can then vote when the lines open by going straight to the Strictly Come Dancing BBC homepage and clicking on your favourite.

Note that you can vote up to THREE TIMES each week. You can vote either for the same person or spread your votes across multiple celebs.

The online votes will be added to the phone votes to give the overall public rankings.

The viewer's votes will in turn be combined with the judges' scores. Together, these will decide which two celebs will have to perform again for the in the dance off on Sunday night.

As always, the panel will then pick which celeb stays leaving one to leave the competition this year.

This weekend it's the Quarter Finals of the series with just five couples remaining.

Couples left in the competition are Judge Rinder & Oksana Platero and Danny Mac & Oti Mabuse, Ore Oduba & Joanne Clifton, Louise Redknapp & Kevin Clifton and Claudia Fragapane & AJ Pritchard.

Every vote counts with the final now just weeks away.

Strictly Come Dancing 2016 airs Saturday and Sunday nights on BBC One.
