Oti Mabuse cries over how good Danny Mac is on Strictly Come Dancing 2016

Oti Mabuse has been crying over how good Danny Mac is on Strictly Come Dancing 2016.

The pair have been smashing all their dances on this year's series, scoring a second perfect 40 at the weekend.

As well as another full set of marks from the judges, it was Strictly history as the duo scored the first ever 40 for a Samba.

Although given they were training for up to 13 hours a DAY, they'd have probably been disappointed by anything else.

"I genuinely still can't get over it, even when I watch it back I can't get over it happened," Danny said last night.

"It's in sane, I cry every time watching it back. It was so emotional," Oti revealed.

This week Danny and Oti will be dancing the Tango to ‘One Night Only’ from Dreamgirls and it sounds like another 40 could be on the cards.

"It's a disco song and we're trying to dance a tango to it, so I think that is the tricky part," Oti said. "But, it is a fast number! We danced it and I was almost crying.

"I said, 'Danny, you do not realise…'" she told It Takes Two, "'You don't understand how good you are, or what you are delivering.

"'You are so happy to do it.' He's enjoying every single little bit of it and I'm shocked as he does it with such courage."

Meanwhile, Danny said that the routine would be quite different to the scene from the famous musical, which was made into a film in 2006 starring Beyonce and Jennifer Hudson.

"Oti's got a different kind of vision for this [dance] and I think it works brilliantly," he teased.

The remaining five couples will return to the dancefloor in a Musicals themed of the competition on Saturday 3rd December at 7PM.

Then on Sunday 4th December at 7.20pm on BBC One one more celebrity will leave the competition in the latest results show.
