Strictly Come Dancing 2016 judges slammed for 'undermarking' Claudia Fragapane

Strictly Come Dancing 2016 judges have been attacked by viewers for "undermarking" Claudia Fragapane.

The Olympian has yet to score a perfect 10 for any of her dances despite many viewers thinking she's been more than deserving.

"9's for Claudia & AJ??!!! That routine & performance deserved 10's, so fixed!!!" one viewer complained after Saturday night's show.

Another Strictly fan added on Twitter: "Seriously, judges of @bbcstrictly, why are you under marking #claudia and #AJ? That Argentina tango was worth more than 9s, #Strictly #fix"

Last night's results show saw the judges quizzed on their marks, with the audience cheering in support of Claudia scoring a perfect 10 marks.

But Darcey Bussell defended her 9, saying that she wanted to see more connection between Claudia and pro partner AJ Pritchard.

A spokesperson for Strictly Come Dancing denied any sort of 'fix'.

They said: "Any suggestions that the scores are fixed is complete nonsense. Each judge scores each dance independently, based on its merits and in their expert opinion."

While Claudia didn't get her first ten she didn't need it to avoid the dance off, seeing herself into the semi-finals next weekend.

The remaining five couples will return to the dancefloor in a Musicals themed quarter final of the competition on Saturday 3rd December at 7PM.

Then on Sunday 4th December at 7.20pm on BBC One one more celebrity will leave the competition in the latest results show.
