Claudia Fragapane is going all out to bounce back from the bottom two on Strictly Come Dancing 2016.
The Olympian featured in her first dance off of the series last Sunday night with pro partner AJ Pritchard following their Jive at Blackpool.
AJ admitted: "I was scared, we were in the middle [of the scoreboard], you never know. Anybody could go.
"We got four nines, any normal week would be top of the leaderbord but the standard is so hard. We practiced [the routine] a lot."
Claudia admitted: "I secretly wanted to do it again because I did make that mistake. I just wanted to nail it.
"I still felt I was missing something because I didn't do that step right and I did nail it and I was so happy."
"I don't really want to go home because I'm loving every minute here," she added.
After being saved by the judges, this week Claudia and AJ will be dancing the Argentine Tango to ‘Cry Me A River’ by Justin Timberlake.
"The lifts are insane," AJ declared.
"I've got to have a really strong core which is perfect for gymnastics!" Claudia beamed. "It's cool. Some bits are slow and some bits are fast.
"At one point I have my legs in the air and I have to do a slow motion to it. It's really trying to nail everything. I absolutely love it."
However AJ confessed: "I've never done an Argentine Tango before so I'm so excited."
The duo are have also been practicing "100s of times" for this week's extra element, as the six remaining couples compete in Strictly's first ever Cha Cha Challenge.
Strictly Come Dancing is back this Saturday and Sunday night on BBC One.
