Greg Rutherford has admitted he's far from over his Strictly Come Dancing 2016 exit.
The pair were in the bottom two dance off with Claudia Fragapane and AJ Pritchard after the latest judges' scores and viewer votes were combined.
It was the second time in the dance off in as many weeks for Greg but he couldn't survive again as the judges voted to save Claudia and AJ.
Speaking on It Takes Two last night (Monday), Greg admitted: "I don't really know what to do now.
"It's bizarre, that. You prep every Saturday night to Sunday to get ready for your Monday training again. Then today, I didn't have to train! It was really odd.
"We spend all that time together. We've sort of been hanging out for the last three months!"
While the Olympic long jumper is now out of the contest, he's pleased to have gone out on a high.
Greg said: "I've been saying this the whole way through the show - I don't think I'm very good, I'm never going to be a dancer.
"I watched this dance back, and I think we did a really good job. I loved doing it.
"I was never going to be a world champion dancer or anything else, but I had a look at video where I started. This is purely down to Nat!"
And pro partner Natalie Lowe gushed: "I want to thank our partners for making this experience so special.
"This experience wouldn't have been as amazing if it wouldn't have been for the fantastic support from both of our partners because we have become the best of friends."
Strictly returns this Saturday and Sunday night on BBC One.
