Greg Rutherford and Natalie Lowe made a teary exit from Strictly Come Dancing 2016 in last night's results.
The pair were in the bottom two dance off with Claudia Fragapane and AJ Pritchard after the latest judges' scores and viewer votes were combined.
It was the second time in the dance off in as many weeks for Greg but he couldn't survive again as the judges voted to save Claudia and AJ.
Talking to Tess about his Strictly experience after his exit, Greg said: “It’s been one of the most incredible things in my life.
"I’ve been very lucky in my life, I’ve done some amazing things but this is truly one of the best things I’ve done. I’ve made such a good friend here.
Greg’s professional partner, Natalie added: “You are an amazing man, you’ve never had any dance experience and you got out there and you’ve just shown the world that you can dance.
"Honestly this has been the most incredible experience of my life performing and dancing every Saturday night with you; I wouldn’t have changed it for the world. Sorry I couldn’t get you any further.”
On Twitter after the show and the duo continued to be equally gushing about one another.
Greg wrote online: "It's been a blast. @RealNatalieLowe is one of the greatest humans I've ever met. She made my strictly experience so special. Thanks Nat xx"
Natalie posted: "My mate for life sadly our time has come to an end @GregJRutherford I'm in awe, u poured ur heart & soul into every petformance thank u #scd

The pair's exit leave a total of six celebrity couples in the race for the Glitterball, including Ed Balls.
