Strictly Come Dancing reveals new 'Cha Cha Challenge' for next week's live show

Strictly Come Dancing 2016 has just confirmed a brand new challenge for next week's live show.

All six of the remaining couples will dance a Cha Cha at the same time in the Cha Cha Challenge, which is brand new for 2016.

Everyone will be hoping to impress the judges for valuable extra points, which will be added to their scores for their main routines and in turn be combined with the viewer votes.

Those left on the dwindling Strictly 2016 line up this year are Team GB gymnast Claudia Fragapane and former politician Ed Balls and sports broadcaster Ore Oduba.

More celebrity names still taking part are TV's Judge Rinder, singer Louise Redknapp and Hollyoaks hunk Danny Mac.

Greg Rutherford became the ninth celebrity to depart the dance floor in Strictly Come Dancing's latest results show. He left after his second appearance in the bottom two, dancing off against Claudia Fragapane.

Meanwhile, after topping the scores again at the weekend Danny remains the favourite to win with Louise in close pursuit.

But after avoiding another bottom two, Ed has become the third favourite to win!

The remaining six couples will return to the dancefloor on Saturday 26th November at 7pm with the results show on Sunday 27th November at 7.20pm on BBC One.
