Craig Revel Horwood has come out to say he does NOT want Ed Bals to leave in the Strictly Come Dancing results.
And the harsh judge insisted he wouldn't be upset if Ed went all the way and WINS the competition.
Bookies have already slashed the odds on just that happening, with Ed just 10/1 for victory having started the series as a huge 100/1 outside.
"I hope he doesn’t leave," Craig said this weekend. “He will probably get to the final and if he wins I wouldn’t be upset.
“I don’t care. He is waving a flag for all the couch potatoes at home who sit on their bottoms doing nothing."
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Craig continued: "He is promoting dance, so I can only see that as a good thing.“
"People at home will be watching him thinking, ‘well, I could probably do that.’ It might encourage them to go out and do a dance class.
“Who would have thought that you could put Ed Balls into Strictly Come Dancing and he would be doing so well with the public?"
Craig described Ed's dancing as "technically terrible" but commended the politician's commitment to the show and every routine.
He said: “What is great about him is he really has tried so very very hard to learn the dancing and also he is very good at timing and that’s what is bizarre.
“And he is hugely entertaining so you can understand every week why he’s at the bottom of the Leaderboard but the great British public seem to turn that opinion around, which is absolutely fine.”
Strictly Come Dancing is back in Blackpool tonight on BBC One from 7:15PM for the latest results show.
