Strictly Come Dancing's Louise Redknapp hopes Kevin Clifton can give her a daughter

Louise Redknapp is hoping her Strictly Come Dancing 2016 pro partner Kevin Clifton will help get her pregnant.

But not in THAT way.

Rather than the Strictly curse, Louise is hoping that Kevin will prove to be a 'Strictly charm' for her and husband Jamie.

It's after both of Kevin's two most recent celebrity partners went on to fall pregnant shortly after dancing with him.

Louise said this weekend: “Two of his previous partners have got pregnant after the show. Bring that one on."

“Maybe he’s the good luck charm I need to get that girl I really want," the singer continued. “Jamie would love another baby, I’m not getting any younger so we’ll see what happens.

"But I’m in Strictly shape now so we’ll see.”

Meanwhile Louise confessed she is feeling the pressure with Kevin yet to ever miss a Strictly final during his time as a pro.

She told The Sun newspaper: “I wish he’d had some bad partners in the past but they’ve all been brilliant and constantly in the final.

“If I don’t get there I feel like I have let him down.”

Even if Louise does make a shock exit this weekend it's not quite the end of her Strictly journey - she's already been confirmed for next year's live tour alongside Daisy Lowe and Danny Mac.

But for now, Louise and the other remaining couples will take to the dancefloor tonight when Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday 19th November at 6:55pm.

The latest Strictly results show is on Sunday 20th November at 7.15pm on BBC One.
