Strictly Come Dancing 2016: Ore Oduba fears his 'package' getting in the way

Ore Oduba says he's keeping an eye on his 'package' on Strictly Come Dancing 2016.

It's after Ore previously admitted to "taking a beating" in his lower regions during a number of his Strictly routines.

"I’ve had a couple of moments with my penis," Ore explained previously in the series. "I rammed myself downstairs into the pole before the cha cha routine."

“Every week there’ll be a downstairs moment. I’m taking an absolute beating," he added.

Now ahead of Blackpool weekend, Ore says he's taking extra care over his 'lunchbox'.

“You know with me there’s always a chance I could injure my package and it could get in the way," he said. “As of yet – we have survived. I’m not wearing a box yet.

“But touch wood – excuse the pun – I won’t have any more below the belt drama and I’ll remain unscathed.”

Chatting ahead of his latest live performance tonight, Ore added to The Sun newspaper: “My wife is not worried about any clashes there – I’m trying my hardest to avoid anything like that.

“She’s got full faith that I’ll get through this week without any injuries.”

This evening Ore and pro partner Joanne Clifton will be dancing the Viennese Waltz to ‘That’s Life’ by Frank Sinatra.

The remaining couples will take to the dancefloor tonight when Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday 19th November at 6:55pm.

The latest Strictly results show is on Sunday 20th November at 7.15pm on BBC One.
