Louise Redknapp as dealt Kevin Clifton a nasty injury in Strictly Come Dancing 2016 rehearsals this week.
This evening the pair will be performing the first Argentine Tango of the series, dancing to 'Tanguera' by Sexteto Mayor.
And Kevin will be praying it doesn't go the way of their latest training session.
Louise spilled on a certain mishap: "Kevin told me to be really aggressive. So then I was really aggressive, maybe slightly too aggressive."
"So I took a kickboxing combination to an area I would rather not have that combination," Kevin revealed on It Takes Two.
Host Zoe Ball quipped: "I thought you were speaking in quite a high voice when you came in."
And Louise joked with Kevin: "Oh yes! I have maybe ruined it for Kevin and Karen for life."
Speaking earlier this week, Louise explained just why she said yes to Strictly this year after turning down the show in the past.
"The boys are getting older. They finish school and go to football and their dad does all of that with them," Louise explained. "Often I'm at home at 8PM thinking, when are they coming back? I need to do dinner!
"I felt if I left it much longer I was going to be too old. I wouldn't be able to it like Lesley Joseph did!"
Louise added: "The boys are pretty self-sufficient so I thought I'd be a bit selfish and do something for me."
However talking of getting older, Louise joked how the daily training sessions had left her 'feeling 80'.
"Some nights I get home and feel 80! If I sit down, I freeze up. But it's been really good for my fitness and to do something I enjoy," she told OK! magazine this week.
Strictly is back tonight at 6:55PM on BBC One.
