Strictly Come Dancing Judge Rinder nervous about dancing the Rumba next

Judge Rinder has the Rumba on Strictly COme Dancing 2016 next, a dance he is "terrified" of.

He said before this week of the routine: "It can be beautiful and loving, but it also requires a degree of smouldering sexuality I’m not sure that I’m capable of… and Oksana and I don’t have that sort of chemistry!"

However chatting on It Takes Two on Monday night, Judge Rinder suggested it may actually go better than he first expected.

He explained to host Tess Daly: "This was a dance I was really nervous about. One doesn't necessarily immediately clutch to the the words smouldering sexuality.

"[But] The choreography is brilliant and as soon as Oksana played the song for me, I've fallen in love with the story and idea.

"I'm more excited to telling the story in this dance than any other. I feel really moved by it."

And Judge Rinder quipped: "If all else fails and I can't do the steps I'm just going to rip my top off"

Meanwhile, the pair also spoke about their scores which have remained static for the past three weeks.

Judge Rinder's pro partner Oksana Platero said: "I'm happy as long as we don't drop in the score. The challenge is just to get over nerves.

"Rehearsals usually go really good then there's little imperfections on the night, which I don't think is a big deal but he's still doing an amazing job and I'm proud of him, but to improve the score we need to just..."

"I think what she means is to start bribing the judges," Judge Rinder joked.

Strictly Come Dancing 2016 is back this Saturday and Sunday night with the latest dances plus a new Cha Cha Challenge.
