Danny Mac has revealed just what went on during his dance on Saturday night's Strictly.
It was Strictly Come Dancing 2016's Halloween special at the weekend and one of the performances saw Danny and pro partner Oti Mabuse dance the Foxtrot to ‘Take Me To Church’ by Hozier.
However there were some mistakes and the judges didn't miss them.
Bruno Tonioli said: "You went for the high drama and there was some drama in the footwork... you stepped on her literally! But what you did right was very, very good. Next time, do better."
Craig Revel Horwood commented: "That could've been ten, I absolutely loved the concept, I love the appendage, it's just a real shame it went very wrong."
Danny admitted after the performance: "I completely lost myself, at least we got through it and got to the end."
Chatting on It Takes Two tonight, Danny said he was saved by pro partner Oti on the night.
"I can't actually remember what happened at the time," he recalled, "Something went wrong then my mind went blank and I didn't know which way I was going and which way I needed to go.
"If it wasn't for Oti dragging me around the stage.... If you feel it looks bad, times it by 100 because that's how it felt for me at the time. It was madness."
Oti admitted that the close pair were somehow able to communicate during the dance via their eyes.
"I felt it because he looked at me and said 'I'm so sorry' and I was like 'CARRY ON! We are midway through the dance and we still have a lot to do!'" she said.
Danny added: "It had been really wrong up until the day before. It went right on the day in both rehearsals s we stuck with it and then it didn't go so well on the night."
Despite the mess up, the pair avoided the dance off and will perform again on Saturday.
This week, Danny and Oti will be dancing the Jive to ‘Long Tall Sally’ by Little Richard.
Strictly Come Dancing is back Saturday night on BBC One.
