Danny Mac says he has no 'game plan' on Strictly Come Dancing 2016.
Danny has emerged as a strong favourite to win the contest and that's certainly added pressure.
But the dancer has laughed off claims he should have been 'more rubbish' during the early weeks after repeatedly impressing the judges.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Danny said: "I'm just taking it week by week. I don't have any game plan.
"I'm giving as good as I can every week. As long as I do my best, what else can I do?"
The Hollyoaks hunk admitted: "I am well aware it has gone too good very early. It's going to be hard to keep up that standard and keep people excited."
And Danny, who is partnered with pro dancer Oti Mabuse, is indeed doing everything he can to keep that standard up with marathon long training sessions.
He revealed: "We spend six to ten hours a day rehearsing!
"I haven't got a kid at home and I haven't currently got any filming commitments, so it's been great to give everything to it."
This week Danny and Oti will be dancing the Jive to ‘Long Tall Sally’ by Little Richard.
The duo will no doubt be particularly keen to get back up the leaderboard after messing up last weekend.
The pair scored their lowest marks of the series so far - although it was still a solid 30 - after Danny made mistakes in their Halloween routine.
Strictly Come Dancing is back Saturday night on BBC One at 6:55PM.
