Tonight's Strictly Come Dancing 2016 results: Who left?


Daisy Lowe and Anastacia are bottom two in tonight's Strictly Come Dancing 2016 results.

It's the second appearance in as many weeks for Daisy and the third time Anastacia has bee in the bottom two.

On Saturday, Daisy and her pro partner Aljaž Skorjanec danced the Paso Doble to Santa Esmeralda version of ‘Please Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood’ to score 33 points from the judges.

Anastacia and her pro dancer Brendan Cole had performed the Jive to ‘Bat Out Of Hell’ by Meat Loaf, scoring 25 marks from the judges.

Anastacia was bottom of the leaderboard while Daisy was fourth in the ranking at the end of the performances from the final 10 celebs.

As usual, the results from the public vote were added to the judges' scores to decide the bottom two in the dance off tonight.

First to be announced as in the dance off was Daisy and Aljaz.

"I want to give that dance more attack so I'm going to go for it," Daisy told host Tess Daly.

Bruno Tonioli encouraged her: "This girl can raise the dead, I am stunned and bewildered, it was a fantastic dance, don't change a thing. Trust me, you are good!"

After also being announced as in the dance off, Anastacia was advised by Darcey Bussell to work on her kicks and flicks.

Both Daisy and Anastacia then danced again for the judges, who had to decide who should stay in the competition.

It was a unanimous decision from the panel, who all voted to save Daisy, sending Anastacia home.

Strictly Come Dancing 2016 is back next Saturday and Sunday night, live on BBC One.
