Laura Whitmore has been given the all clear to perform on Strictly Come Dancing 2016 this week.
It's after Laura was ruled out of dancing the jive with pro partner Giovanni Pernice last weekend.
Laura suffered an ankle injury and doctors said she needed to rest to avoid permanent damage.
Missing out on the Jive has left Laura devastated as she's no longer able to perform it.
"Because I already know the jive routine I can't dance it this weekend as it would give me an unfair advantage over the other contestants" Laura explained earlier this week.
She confessed: "To be honest that's what I'm most upset about. It's Gio's favourite dance and the one I said from the start I wanted to learn.
"And now I won't get to perform it."
Appearing on It Takes Two tonight, Laura continued: "It was the one we were looking quite forward to doing.
"We didn't know up until the day if I'd be able to dance it or not. I feel there are no tears left to come out any more because it wasn't easy."
Thanking everyone involved in the show and the other contestants, Laura added: "If it was up to me I'd be on that dance floor."
After spending the weekend at home watching the show with a Chinese, Laura only returned to training today.
"We're being extra cautious. We've only just started training again. We're taking care of it," she said.
Laura and Giovanni will be dancing the Tango to 'Paint It Black' by The Rolling Stones for this Saturday's Halloween show.
She revealed: "I'm trying to think positive, it's still very painful, it's going to be painful on Saturday but the doctor's decided it's not going to do any damage."
Strictly Come Dancing is back on Saturday night on BBC One from 6:45PM.
