That's despite a daily diet made up of "three bags of Haribo, two bacon and egg sandwiches, a chicken and bacon sandwich and an entire Thai meal for one."
In a chat with the Daily Mirror newspaper, Ore told how he lost over a stone in the past month.
“A lot of people mentioned weight loss before I started doing it, so I started eating early in anticipation of the dancing ,” he told the tabloid.
Ore explained: “So I put on a little extra. I’ve lost nearly a stone in the time since I got back from the Olympics - from just being active, and dancing.
“Practising for jive week, it just fell off. It was the most we’d sweated and the most we worked.”
And it sounds like Ore and pro partner Joanne Clifton really are a match made in heaven, with her diet leaving a lot to be desired as well.
The dancer, daughter to former world champions Keith and Judy Clifton, admitted to getting a telling off from mum and dad.
“I got told off by my parents,” she confessed. “One of the questions [on It Takes Two] was: ‘What do you eat before a performance?’
"As a professional athlete, I should be saying: ‘I don’t eat much, a little bit of pasta.’ But I said: ‘Sausage and mash.’”
Strictly Come Dancing is back on Saturday night on BBC One from 6:45PM.
