Laura Whitmore is keen to return to Strictly Come Dancing 2016 this Saturday night.
But the 31-year-old has warned fans that celebrities are only allowed to miss one show due to injury, and she's at risk of having to leave.
The TV host was ruled out of last Saturday night's show and given a bye through to this weekend's episode.
Laura revealed this week that she was diagnosed with a "myotendinous strain of the right flexor hallucis longus muscle"... or a very badly strained ankle, in layman's terms.
The build up of fluid in her leg left Laura unable to walk and made one ankle three times the size of the other.
After resting, Laura's foot has had a chance to heal but it may not have fully recovered.
She explained: "From today [Tuesday], I should be allowed to start training again as I've had almost five days off my feet and the swelling has reduced, but the fear is, if it's not fully recovered it could get inflamed again.
"We have a lot to catch up on but I'm not ready to throw the towel in just yet. It's too much fun (yes despite the wonky ankles, tears and stress it's the best show to be part of!)"
Writing for Glamour magazine, Laura confirmed she would be forced to withdraw from Strictly if unable to perform this Saturday night.
"You're allowed to miss one show if the doctor says you are not physically fit to dance - but only one," the blonde beauty told fans.
Laura and Giovanni Pernice have a Tango lined up, dancing to 'Paint It Black' by The Rolling Stones for Saturday's Halloween show.
Fingers crossed she can pull it off!
Strictly Come Dancing is back on Saturday night on BBC One from 6:45PM.
