Strictly Come Dancing's Greg Rutherford has revealed a shock injury.
The longjumper appeared on It Takes Two last night where he and pro partner Natalie Lowe opened up about a mishap in training.
Unveiling a bandaged, hand, Greg explained: "I'm really worried and I don't want to harp on about these because I had a little one before, but annoyingly this week it actually went very wrong."
The Olympian continued: "Annoyingly, while performing one of the lifts I managed to basically tear something in my wrist.
"So we went for a scan and there was loads of fluid that had been pouring out of this area that was torn.
"I had it jabbed, I had a cortisone injection."
The duo are performing the Salsa on tonight's show and Natalie admitted: "I feel like it's my fault. We were doing the most epic lifts anyone has ever seen in a salsa because I have got someone I can do it with."
Greg and Natalie WILL still dance tonight but have had to drastically change the routine and cut a number of big lifts.
Greg told Zoe Ball on BBC Two: "I'm not the most amazing dancer in the world but I'm probably strong enough to be able to do the things that are really quite cool, but we've now had to chop them all."
Greg and Natalie will be dancing the Salsa to 'Wrapped Up' by Olly Murs this evening.
Strictly Come Dancing 2016 airs tonight at 6:30PM on BBC One while another celeb will leave on Sunday night in the latest results show at 7:15PM.
