Another celebrity has left Strictly Come Dancing 2016 in last night's results.
And it was another surprise in the bottom two.
But this week there was actually a dance off.
Laura Whitmore and Tameka Empson had to perform again and it was Tameka who the judges sent home.
This weekend, the movies came to Strictly Come Dancing and the celebrity dancers and their professional partners gave their best Hollywood-inspired performances, as the fourteen couples each bid to impress the viewers at home - as well as judges Len Goodman, Darcey Bussell, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood in the studio.
Tonight's Strictly Come Dancing 2016 results
In tonight's Strictly Come Dancing results, the judges’ scores were combined with the results of the viewers’ votes to decide the lowest scoring two couples facing the dance off.
This week, that was TV Host Laura Whitmore and professional partner Giovanni Pernice and EastEnders Star Tameka Empson and her partner Gorka Marquez.
After Saturday's show both looked to be in a strong position based on the judges' marks but Judge Rinder, Lesley Joseph, Anastacia, Naga Munchetty and Ed Balls all leap frogged the pair once the viewer vote was added, leaving them in the bottom two.
The two couples performed their routines again; Laura and Giovanni did their Salsa to Rhythm of The Night by Valeria Andrews from the movie Moulin Rouge and Tameka and Gorka performed their Tango to The Heat Is On from the movie Beverley Hills Cop in a bid to impress the judges and remain in the competition.
Craig and Bruno both chose to save Laura and Giovanni.
Craig said: “Well this is, I have to say, a little bit of a nightmare. I don’t feel like I have been in this position before. To be honest I can normally make a very clear decision but both couples were extraordinary. One couple really flew through the routine better than they had previously and the other couple I thought even bettered that. And the couple I thought bettered that was Laura and Giovanni.”
Bruno said: “Well let me say these girls are fantastic, you two shouldn’t even be here. Both great performers, you gave it all you had but I think out of the two performances the stand out one was from Laura and Giovanni.”
Darcey chose to save Tameka and Gorka, saying: “Well again I marked them both exactly the same in the main show and seeing them again tonight they’ve both made an improvement, cleaned up the attack of both of them. Incredibly difficult to make a choice. But for me, because it was a stronger focus and intent into the performance, I am going to save Tameka and Gorka.
Head Judge Len Goodman had the casting vote and chose to save Laura and Giovanni.
Len said: “Well as my colleagues have said they both came out and they really went for the dance. It was full on, there was plenty of attack, as Bruno said in my opinion neither should be in the dance off but that’s the nature of the thing.
"But I’ve got to go with the couple that I felt did the more polished performance and that’s Laura and Giovanni.”
As a result it was Tameka and Gorka who found themselves leaving the competition.
The remaining thirteen couples will take to the dancefloor once more next week when Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday 15th October at 6.30pm with the results show on Sunday 16th October at 7.15pm on BBC One.
