It follows her appearance in the bottom two dance off last week.
In a controversial decision, the dance-off was cancelled due to Anastacia's injury and the result reverted to the public vote.
She was saved as Melvin Odoom went home, but it may have only been a temporary reprieve.
Strictly Come Dancing spoilers
This Saturday night saw the remaining 14 couples performing live for only the third time this series.
As always, the judges marked all of the performances out of 40 and at the end of the night we saw lows of 24 and highs of 36.
While right at the bottom was Ed Balls, Anastacia is in the bottom three alongside Naga Munchetty and Lesley Joseph.
The combined judges' scores from tonight's dances will now be used to help determine the bottom two dancers along with the results of the latest public vote.
And bookies reckon Ansatacia is likely to leave.
Bookmakers have made the singer the 2/1 favourite to hang up the sequins and fake tan ahead of Strictly Come Dancing’s second elimination.
After the debacle last week that saw Anastacia pull out of the dance off against Melvin Odoom, which subsequently saw Melvin sent packing, punters have been keen on the singer for the chop.
Naga is also in the firing line to make her exit at 11/4 with Ed Balls following close behind at 3/1.
Aoife Heffron from bookies BoyleSports commented: “Anastacia is in trouble of exiting the competition this weekend after failing to take part in the dance off last week garnered a lot of negative response on Social Media, forcing traders to make her the 2/1 favourite.
"Another celeb in trouble is Naga Munchetty who has seen a burst in support from punters to go at 11/4.”
Strictly Come Dancing 2016 continues Sunday night at 7:15PM on BBC One.
