Greg Rutherford has revealed how he was left in agony after a really bad training session.
It followed a nasty accident with pro partner Natalie Lowe in rehearsals before their performance last week.
Greg said the pair had to change up their routine following the 'mishap'.
"We've actually had to adapt our jive because we wanted to do a really extreme jump into a lift. It was epic," Greg told the Daily Star newspaper.
He explained about the clash in training: "During rehearsals, Nat missed the position and as she grabbed me, she ripped her nail off, which bled everywhere.
"Then we tried again and we lost it. I fell to the floor and couldn't move. I feared I'd never have children again it was that bad."
Fortunately Greg pulled through and is now through to movies week this Saturday.
Greg and Natalie will be dancing the American Smooth to 'Everything I Do (I Do It For You)' by Bryan Adams from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
And it's not just the judges he is hoping to impress.
He said his wife Susie is one of his biggest critics: "Susie was a dancer until she was 19 or 20 so she was the one pushing me more than anyone to do Strictly.
"She was saying 'You have to do it'. Now, the one thing she keeps saying to me is ‘When I watch you dance I want it to look really sexy’.
"She says 'I want you to really go for it'. She wants it to look like there’s serious chemistry. She actively encourages me to make it as sexy as possible."
Strictly Come Dancing 2016's live shows continue this Saturday at 6:45PM on BBC One.
And the results show is on Sunday 9th October at 7.15pm on BBC One as another celebrity is sent home.
