Strictly Come Dancing 2016 goes to the movies tonight and here are all the songs and dances.

If you want to be surprised by the routines on BBC One this evening, look away now!

14 celebrity couples remain on the latest series and this weekend another will sadly leave the ballroom.

Last Sunday saw the very first (and very controversial) results show as Melvin Odoom and his pro partner Janette Manrara left the competition.

Tonight is the celebrities' third live performance, the second time they've faced the public vote and the first theme week of Strictly 2016.

The couples will be putting on routines inspired by famous films from over the years.

The Flintstones and Mary Poppins are just a few of the movies getting the 'Strictly treatment' this week.

And the results show is on Sunday 9th October at 7:15pm on BBC One as another celebrity is sent home.
