Although his dance partner Karen Clifton doesn't seem to be as confident as he is.
Last week the pair scored 30 points for their Tango after closing the first weekend of lives shows.
"I was really pleased, it was quite stressful waiting to the end," Will said this evening. "The thing I was most pleased about is that I enjoyed it and I wanted to make Karen proud."
Speaking about training with Will, Karen said: "He likes a lot of breaks! He's very focused but I think we're going to have more fun this week."
For Week 2, Will and Karen will be dancing the Jive to 'Rock Around The Clock' by Bill Haley & His Comets.
Will told Zoe Ball on it Takes Two: "It's going really well actually and I've really attacked it with gusto. It's tough, a completely different rhythm [to the Tango] I'm not in hold as much."
However while Will felt training was coming along nicely, awkwardly Karen didn't quite agree.
"It's going pretty.. uhhh... well," she said. "It's going good... we have a couple more days left, okay?!"
Elsewhere on It Takes Two tonight, Melvin Odoom spoke about dressing up as a human highlighter for his first dance of the series.
"I just wanted it to be fun and enjoy that and I think we did that," said Melvin, who is partnered with Janette Manrara on the show.
This week Melvin and Janette will be dancing the Tango to 'Moving On Up' by M People and while he's NAILED the 'Tango face', Melvin's having a tough time with the leg work.
"It's the total opposite of what I've been learning for the three weeks," he said, "It's so confusing."
Strictly Come Dancing 2016's live shows continue this Saturday at 6:20PM on BBC One.
