Team GB gymnast Claudia Fragapane will be taking things slower on Strictly Come Dancing at the weekend.
The Olympian, who is partnered with new pro dancer AJ Pritchard, performed the Cha Cha on Saturday night's first live show.
But her tricks - including a backflip in heels - split the judges.
While Craig Revel Horwood loved them, more traditional Len Goodman wasn't quite as keen.
Speaking on It Takes Two about the performance, Claudia said: "I really, really enjoyed it, just getting out there. I went into competition mode like gymnastics..."
Claudia confessed she did struggle herself with some of the moves in routine, as AJ quipped: "I tried doing it with flats on and it didn't go well."
"I was really pleased just to go out there and enjoyed it whatever the scores, I don't even know what we got, I can't add 6 and 7!" Claudia laughed.
This week Claudia and AJ are going in quite a different direction with the Waltz.
"I was nervous [going into training] because you have to hold your position and be all elegant... " Claudia admitted.
AJ added of their time in rehearsals so far: "It's going good... it's going... lots to do still before Saturday. There's a long tick-list to go."
Strictly Come Dancing 2016's live shows continue this Saturday at 6:20PM on BBC One.
