Here's a preview of how Naga Munchetty is getting on in her training for Strictly Come Dancing.
BBC Newsreader Naga has been partnered with pro dancer Pasha Kovalev and in this clip we see the duo rehearsing a Waltz.
And Pasha is on hand with a LOT of helpful (or maybe not so helpful) ways to get Naga into it.

She says "Pasha is a brilliant teacher. It's quite interesting how Pasha uses various techniques to imagine myself into pose. He's very encouraging."
Some of Pasha's comparisons for Naga include pillows, talking, dogs, planes, elevators and books.
"It's a good job I'm an avid reader really," she quips.
There are now just DAYS to go until Pasha and Naga must dance live for the first time on Strictly 2016.
This year's live shows begin at the end of the week on BBC One in two parts, first on Friday, September 23 and then on Saturday, September 24.
The couples will be split across the two shows with six couples dancing on Friday and the remaining nine on Saturday although the line up on each show has not yet been confirmed.
While - as usual - there will be no elimination in week one, the marks from the judges for the first dances will carry forward and help determine which two couples will be in the bottom two dance off in Week 2.
