The Strictly Come Dancing 2016 live shows begin on TV NEXT WEEK as the celebs dance their first performance.
Earlier this month we saw the launch show as this year's celebrity contestants were partnered up with their pro dancers.
They've now got less than a week left to train before returning to the ballroom to perform live to the nation for the first time.
When do the Strictly Come Dancing live shows start?
The first of this year's Strictly Come Dancing live shows is split into two with the first part on Friday, September 23 at 9PM. The second airs the next day on Saturday, September 24 from 6:30PM.
The couples will be split across the Friday and Saturday shows with six couples dancing on Friday and the remaining nine on Saturday. The exact line up on each show has not yet been confirmed.
There will be no results show on Sunday (see below) for the first week but the Strictly live shows will then continue every Saturday and Sunday thereafter until December, with all couples left in the competition each week dancing together in the same programme.
How do the live shows work?
As always for the first week of Strictly live shows, there will be no public vote and no eliminations with the results show with Tess and Claudia beginning on TV from week two on Sunday nights.
However from then, each week the two couples with the lowest combined scores, from the judges and public vote, will face each other in the dance off, with one couple leaving the competition for good.
Who are the Strictly Come Dancing couples?
For the Men there are Greg Rutherford & Natalie Lowe, Judge Rinder & Oksana Platero, Danny Mac & Oti Mabuse, Melvin Odoom & Janette Manrara, Ore Oduba & Joanne Clifton, Will Young & Karen Clifton and lastly Ed Balls & Katya Jones.
For the Ladies we have Lesley Joseph & Anton du Beke, Naga Munchetty & Pasha Kovalev, Daisy Lowe & Aljaž Škorjanec, Louise Redknapp & Kevin Clifton, Tamika Empson & Gorka Marquez, Claudia Fragapane & AJ Pritchard, Anastacia & Brendan Cole and finally Laura Whitmore & Giovanni Pernice.

Is Strictly going to Blackpool?
Of course! Once again this year, at the halfway stage of the competition (specifically, Saturday 19 November) and now a Strictly Come Dancing tradition, the show will travel to the international home of Ballroom dancing where the celebrities and their partners will perform at the world famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom.
When is the Strictly Come Dancing final?
The Strictly Come Dancing 2016 final will air on Saturday, December 17.
Who will win?
It's obviously far too early to know that but the odds have Will Young as the current favourite with Olympic gymnast Claudia Fragapane close behind.
