Caroline Flack has revealed she's baking pal Laura Whitmore to win Strictly Come Dancing this year.
A former Strictly champ herself, Caroline has been sharing her insider secrets for this year's celebs.
And she encouraged them to be nervous.
"Nerves, even though painful are ultimately what make you work hard," Caroline told the Daily Mail newspaper. "When you overcome them it's the best feeling possible.
"Pasha would make me get into character before each dance and I'd focus on that.
"The actor in me took over. Of course the terror and butterflies remained, but imagining myself as someone else was a huge help."
Caroline went on to say that the competition was surprisingly addictive.
"[Laura]'s only done a few rehearsals and she's already hooked. When you perform it's the best and worst feelings all rolled into one. You're terrified, anxious, nauseous but thrilled and euphoric all at the same time," the former X Factor host explained.
She continued: "The pressure is tough, but it's a fun TV show so it's a pleasure in reality. There are so many people working proper, difficult jobs every day and it's Strictly's job to entertain them and provide some escapism. I think it does just that."
And Caroline concluded: "I'd love Laura to win, it's lovely to have your friend share the experience that Strictly is."
Strictly returns to BBC One next Friday and Saturday night for the first of this year's live shows.
