Here's a first look at Louise Redknapp in training for Strictly Come Dancing 2016.
And her pro partner Kevin Clifton has thrown the singer in at the deep end with the Jive for her very first live performance.
"I think it's really important to start with a bang, to do something memorable on week one," Kevin says in this clip from rehearsals, "I'm just chucking loads of choreography at her."
Louise says: "You gotta start somewhere!"
But after practice, she's barely able to stand and pants: "I think I might pass out."
Louise later tells cameras: "It's really, really, really fast. I don't think I've moved that fast in about 25 years."
We'll have to wait a little over a week to see how the dance comes together when Louise and Kevin dance together for the first time this year.
The first of this year's Strictly Come Dancing live shows will air next week on BBC One in two parts, first on Friday, September 23 and then on Saturday, September 24.
The couples will be split across the two shows with six couples dancing on Friday and the remaining nine on Saturday although the line up on each show has not yet been confirmed.
As usual for the first week of Strictly live shows, there will be no public vote and no eliminations however the marks from the judges for the first dances will carry forward and help determine which celebs will be in the bottom two dance off in Week 2.
