Here's a look at how former Xtra Factor host Melvin Odoom is coping on Strictly Come Dancing.
Could he follow in Caroline Flack's footsteps and become the next Strictly champ?
Well it's early days yet but Kiss FM DJ Melvin, who has been partnered with pro performer Janette Manrara, does appear to have rhythm.
In this first clip from training, Melvin says: "Day one has been absolutely amazing. I was quite apprehensive at first but Janette is an amazing teacher.
"She's so patient, she knows exactly what to look for in me. We learned a few moves already for this first routine, I'm quite excited about it.
"With this dance it's all in the hips and hopefully I've got that in the bag."
Janette adds: "He's a very positive, high energy guy and he likes to have fun so we're working hard but we're playing hard."
The first of this year's Strictly Come Dancing live shows will air next week on BBC One in two parts, first on Friday, September 23 and then on Saturday, September 24.
The couples will be split across the two shows with six couples dancing on Friday and the remaining nine on Saturday although the line up on each show has not yet been confirmed.
As always for the first week of Strictly live shows, there will be no public vote and no eliminations but the marks from the judges for the dances will carry forward and help determine which celebs will be in the bottom two dance off.
