Here's a first look at a giggling Tameka Empson taking her first steps in training for Strictly Come Dancing.
The EastEnders star is partnered with new pro dancer Gorka Marquez for this year's series and the pair seem to be having a ball in rehearsals ahead of the first live show next week.
In a first steps clip, the duo seem to be practising some sort of Paso based routine and Tameka is struggling with the facial expressions.
"I think so far it's going well," she says between fits of laughter "Keeping that straight face, that's what I'm going to find quite difficult I think."
As well as the faces, the constant counting of steps if also proving difficult for the actress who says: "It's like counting sheeps but the sheeps never sleep."
However Gorka is optimistic: "She's very proactive to do everything and it even better."
The first of this year's Strictly Come Dancing live shows will be split in two as usual with the first part airing on Friday, September 23 at 9PM and the second the next day on Saturday, September 24.
The couples will be split across the Friday and Saturday shows with six couples dancing on Friday and the remaining nine on Saturday although the line up on each show has not yet been confirmed.
As always for the first week of Strictly live shows, there will be no public vote and no eliminations with the results show with Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman beginning on TV from week two on Sunday nights.
However from then, each week the two couples with the lowest combined scores, from the judges and public vote, will face each other in the dance off, with one couple leaving the competition for good.
