Speaking ahead of the new series, the US star quipped she'd "literally scratch their eyes out" if she ends up getting slated by the panel.
The singer was partnered up with Brendan Cole on Saturday night's launch show and now has three weeks of training before hitting the dancefloor live for the first time at the end of the month.
And she's been getting tips from former Strictly contestant Sophie Ellis-Bextor on how to prepare.
"I wanted this experience to be new and fun and exciting and she just said, 'don't let it get in your head'," Anastacia revealed. "So you really have to take the criticism as constructive criticism instead of [personal]. I'll try not to."
She warned the judges: "I will literally scratch their eyes out. I will fight. They should beware."
Speaking last week during the red carpet launch of this year's Strictly, Anastacia told how she would be competing on the show to raise money for a breast cancer charity after beating the disease twice.
"I’m going to go for it because I’m donating everything to breast cancer, so I have an end goal which is – they get more money," she said. “That’s the deal. If I get kicked out, they don’t pay much, so they’re not going to get much.”
Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One on Friday, September 23.
