Team GB gymnast Claudia Fragapane and singer Will Young are the favourites for Strictly Come Dancing 2016 ahead of the launch show.
However with Strictly Come Dancing set to start on Saturday 3rd September, bookies BoyleSports can report a move for former singer and WAG Louise Redknapp as she challenges for favourite.
Redknapp was initially installed at 12/1 to win the Glitterball trophy but after a hoard of bets, the 41 year old is now 13/2 to go all the way.
Gymnast Claudia Fragapane remains the 10/3 favourite to win the dance show with singer Will Young hot on her heels at 4/1. Danny Mac is next in the betting at 11/2 whilst Bray beauty, Laura Whitmore can be backed at 7/1 to follow in the footsteps of last year’s winner Jay McGuiness.
Outsiders for the coveted crown include Judge Rinder at 20/1, whilst MEP Ed Balls and Birds of a Feather actress Lesley Joseph remain 66/1 outsiders.
Liam Glynn, BoyleSports’ spokesperson said: “Punters certainly believe that Louise Redknapp has more than her good looks and thought that the initial 12/1 was way too juicy about her winning Strictly.”
He added “Redknapp now at present has taken over from Laura Whitmore as the biggest loser in the book.”
