Georgia May Foote has given a warning to this year's Strictly Come Dancing stars.
The finalist from last year's series has told those signing up for the show to make sure they're READY for it, saying the experience is "really, really intense."
Speaking ahead of Strictly's return to BBC One this autumn, Georgia said: “It is really hard to keep in touch with everyone. You’re travelling and there is a lot of staying in hotels.
"I used to get text messages and I’d read them in training and think, ‘I’ll text when I get home’ then I’d forget."
She recalled: “Then you try to catch up and you’re tired. You’re dreaming about your dance.
“Even when you finish rehearsing, you’re rehearsing the dance in your head all night.”
Things proved particularly tough for Georgina who became victim to the so-called 'Strictly curse' after breaking up with her boyfriend during the show.
But Strictly also provided her with a new beau in the form of pro dance partner and current boyfriend, Giovanni Pernice.
The Beeb has already confirmed that Giovanni will be back on Strictly this autumn with a new celeb partner and Georgina assured the Sunday People she'd be cheering them on.
The former soap star told the tabloid: “I’ll be running back-stage to see if he got through.”
Strictly Come Dancing begins on BBC One this autumn.
