In April it was reported that BBC bosses were chasing Laura after she announced her departure from the ITV jungle reality show.
And The Sun claims today that the 31-year-old has now signed on the dotted line for Strictly, which is due to return to our screens in September.
"Laura loves the show and is partial to dance on a night out so Strictly is a great fit," a source commented. "She’s hoping to bounce back after losing her ITV gig."
Laura is apparently hoping that her time on the show will propel her to bigger roles - like her friend Caroline Flack, who hosted last year's series of The X Factor after winning Strictly in 2014.
The Irish beauty got her telly break on MTV, presenting the network's News bulletins between 2008 and 2015.
She became one of the longest-serving presenters of I'm A Celebrity's ITV2 spin-off show after joining the team in 2011, and was rumoured to be in the running for The Xtra Factor until it was announced yesterday that Matt Edmondson is its new frontman.
So far, Laura's only had two minor roles on the main ITV channel. She was a guest host of This Morning's Hub segment, and earlier this year she hosted a one-off Brit Awards nominations special.
Laura is one of several ITV personalities to be linked to Strictly this year - with others including Eamonn Holmes, Ruth Langsford and Judge Rinder.
