Birds of a Feather star Lesley Joseph is one of the latest names linked to this summer's Strictly Come Dancing 2016 line up.
The actress, who recently appeared on ITV reality show FlockStars, has reportedly agreed a deal despite previously saying she wasn't sure about the show.
A source told The Sun: “Strictly bosses have wanted Lesley for years. She is determined not to just be the token older contestant.”
Angelica Bell is said to have signed up for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing 2016.
The TV presenter is reportedly the first celebrity to have been officially put on the new line up, according to The Sun newspaper.
According to The Sun newspaper, TV judge Robert Rinder is in talks to swap the courtroom for the ballroom.
"Anybody who has watched Judge Rinder will know that he is going to be a brilliant match for Craig," a mole told the newspaper.
Corrie star Ryan is eyeing up a spot on Strictly after leaving the ITV soap following more than 15 years on the cobbles.
A source told the Daily Mirror: “Ryan is desperate to appear on Strictly. He thinks it’s a brilliant programme and has been in talks with the show’s producers.
“He’s waiting to see if he’ll make the show. There are lots of names in the mix so he has to prove himself.”
Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford
The TV presenter pair have been repeatedly rumoured for the show over the years, could 2016 see them - or perhaps even just one - take part?
A source said this Spring: “It’s been an open secret for the last two to three years that the show would have loved to have Eamonn and Ruth as contestants as they tick all the boxes and are adored by millions of TV viewers."
Pop Idol winner Will Young has been tipped to be one of this Strictly's celebrities.
A source said told the Daily Star newspaper: “Will is a brilliant signing for us. He is extremely popular, he is a true professional, he can be quite competitive and he is no shrinking violet.
Former Eternal singer Louise Redknapp has supposedly signed up to Strictly, despite being a judge on So You Think You Can Dance.
"She’s a huge star and they feel she will bring class and glamour," a source told The Sun. “She grew up singing and dancing, which will stand her in good stead when the rehearsals and training kick in after the summer."
Singer Anastacia is said to have caught the eye of Strictly bosses after she performed on the show last year.
A source claimed: “She has a great feel-good energy and is right for the demographic of 30 to 40 something viewers who remember her in her heyday."
Emma said: "I would love to do it one day, but I’m not a very good dancer and I don’t want to be the joke.
"I genuinely do want to learn to dance though so maybe one day – I’m a bit busy at the moment."
Widow of Paul Daniels, who previously took part in the show, Debbie has revealed she hopes to compete in his memory.
She told The Sun newspaper: “I’ve written it on my list of things to get finalised. I would love to do it. In my life with Paul we always pushed for work. We loved working and loved showbusiness, you never know what’s around the corner."
Could S Club 7 singer turned actress Hannah follow in the footsteps of former bandmate Rachel Stevens?
"Strictly Come Dancing is amazing. It’s kind of got better and better over time. It’s kind of overtaken X Factor," she said previously. “The standard is incredible. That would totally be amazing. It would be so much fun.”
The Sun claims that show bosses want former host of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Now Laura to take to the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom... and she's just as eager to sign up.
"Laura loves the show and is partial to dance on a night out so Strictly is a great fit," a source commented. "She’s hoping to bounce back after losing her ITV gig."
Paul was apparently on a wish list of stars put together by the Beeb for the new series of the show in the autumn of 2014, as well as 2013 AND 2012.
The celeb chef previously told the Daily Star newspaper: "I have been asked and I do want to do Strictly. But I won’t be dancing just yet. In a few years’ time, you’ll see me."
So now in 2016, could it be Paul's year? He said last month 'never say never'!
