Georgia May Foote has spoken about falling for her Strictly Come Dancing partner Giovanni Pernice.
The pair made it through to the final of last year's show and have been inseparable ever since.
In a new interview, Georgia has told how she and Gio did NOT get together until after the series had concluded.
"No way did I look at Gio like that on the show," she said this week. "No chance.
"But he was there for me through a lot last year. He was such a good friend and there when I needed him... It just developed after all that. Suddenly I realised: ‘Oh god, this is weird!’ It was a shock to me!"
Speaking to The Sun on Sunday's Fabulous magazine, Georgia continued: “I don’t know how to explain it without saying too much, but he’s just a really, really good guy.”
The pair have since moved in together, buying a new place in London.
“We spent every single day together on Strictly and then all day every day on the tour, so it just made sense to move in together,” Georgia said.
And the pintsize actress enthused about her relationship: “This is definitely the happiest I’ve been in a relationship. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’ve been happy in other relationships, but this is very relaxed.
“There’s nothing to worry about, Gio knows me for me and there’s no pressure.
“Genuinely, we still play fight and annoy each other to absolute death. It wasn’t a whirlwind, it was a good friendship that turned into something else. "
