Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood says he wouldn't rule out appearing on this year's Strictly Come Dancing line up.
The Celebrity chef was apparently on a wish list of stars put together by the Beeb for the new series of the show in the autumn of 2014, as well as 2013 AND 2012.
“Strictly are desperate to get him on the show and the BBC think it will be a really good move,” a source claimed at the time. “Paul has been telling his friends how keen he is to get involved. He watches it all the time and wanted to go on it last year.
“He has had a lot on his mind and is throwing himself into different projects.”
He turned down the role but Strictly again approached him.
Paul previously told the Daily Star newspaper: "I have been asked and I do want to do Strictly. But I won’t be dancing just yet. In a few years’ time, you’ll see me."
So now in 2016, could it be Paul's year?
Well he told Digital Spy this week that he would ‘never say never’ to taking to the dancefloor.
And a stint on Strictly could definitely help Paul with his ambition to keep fit, revealing he has hired a personal trainer to fight the fat.
Other celebs linked to 2016's line up include Call The Midwife star Laura Main and women's footballer Alex Scott as well as TV hosting couple Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.
