Helen George became the latest celeb to be eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing on Sunday night.
The Call The Midwife actress was in the bottom two with Georgia May Foote with all four judges saving the Coronation Street star ahead of Helen.
Speaking this evening on It Takes Two, Helen said: "I'm okay, it's a bit strange, I'm a bit shellshocked. It was nice to have a lie in today but then to not go off to rehearsals..."
Her pro partner Aljaž Skorjanec added: "I had a little bit of a cry, it's hard to admit but I did!
"We had an incredible, incredible run. Every single week we performed some dances, that I was so proud with Helen every week but hey we did our best."
Helen scored 34 points from the panel at the weekend for their final dance at the weekend, a Paso Doble to One Day More from Les Miserables.
"I loved the dance, I really did," Helen said of the routine. "It was so fast and a hard dance but I loved the song and I loved Aljaz's choreography. It was such a fun and I enjoyed doing it."
Helen's exit proved controversial with the TV star having secured the highest average score ahead of her elimination at the weekend.
But of course the judges' marks aren't all that count and it seems that other celebs proved bigger hits with the public.
As things stand only Jay McGuiness, Anita Rani and Katie Derham have yet to be in the bottom two.
