Strictly Come Dancing's Helen George has admitted that training for her Salsa this week has been tough.
Last Saturday the Call The Midwife star and pro partner Aljaž Skorjanec scored their best marks yet in Movies week with a Marilyn Manson themed routine.
"It was amazing, I've always wanted to be Marilyn so it was a dream come true," recalled Helen. "We worked so hard on it so I was really pleased with the comments we got for that.
"It's amazing, to come up on marks was brilliant, it was more than I ever imagined!"
This week Helen and Aljaz will Salsa to Doctor Beat’s Miami Sound Machine and it's been hard going for former ballet student Helen... despite being in fits of giggles.
"I've had so much fun this week, we haven't stopped laughing," Helen said about training.
She's been having to once again try to loosen her hips up and revealed: "We have got two very hard lifts that have left me a bit battered and bruised, my own fault!
"And it's just scary going upside down in these lifts, I can't even do a cart wheel!"
Chatting ahead of tonight's performance, Helen went on to tell how she has also found it weird being out of character on camera.
The actress is most known for playing midwife Trixie Franklin on BBC One and confessed: "Being myself in front of other people is terrifying!"
Strictly Come Dancing airs TONIGHT on BBC One from 6:30PM.
The show continues Sunday night at 7:15PM with the latest results as one more celebrity gets the boot.
