Helen George is living the dream on Strictly Come Dancing after just the one week.
Dancing with Aljaz Skorjanec, Helen's first performance was the Waltz and the pair scored top marks with the judges to make it second in the leaerboard after all fifteen couples had finished their routines.
"It was just amazing, it was the best night of my life, I loved every second of it," said Helen.
The Call The Midwife star however has been battling some old habits thanks to her previous ballet experience.
Duck feet and solid hips are causing the pair problems for their cha cha this week.
"I'm quite stiff," Helen said. "It's not per, I quite enjoy doing it, I just hope the performance element will take over on the night," she added of the new routine.
Aljaz was confident: "I definitely think Helen has a lot of potential. The waltz I choreographed for week 1, I couldn't really do it at the beginning and she delivered that routine with grace!
"It's our first Latin dance this week and so far so good."
Helen joked: "He just shouts at me!"
It's the first elimination on Sunday and Helen confessed: "There's a nervous energy this weekend we're all being.
"I just realised if you're in the bottom two, you have to do a dance again, I didn't realise that! If I'm in the bottom two I'll have to do the cha cha again which is scaring me."
Strictly Come Dancing continues this Saturday and Sunday night on BBC One as the first elimination takes place.
