Iwan Thomas has admitted to being disappointed with the scores for his first Strictly dance.
Sport star Iwan - partnered with pro Ola Jordan - performed the Tango on Saturday night but ended up with just 17 points from the judges.
"It's good to get it out of the way," he said after the live show. "I'm clearly not a natural dancer but I'm loving it.
"I was a bit disappointed, I thought I had done alright! I'm here to enjoy it, I can only get better."
Ola encouraged: "We can only go up!"
Iwan went on to tease his next performance, the Cha Cha: "There s a little twist to our dance, a little secret move put in there.
"We practiced today and we went to training with fire in my belly, but I'm a slow learner."
Meanwhile Radio 2's Jeremy Vine has told how he was so nervous after performing he couldn't even watch himself back.
He said: "I couldn't watch it it was too nervous even watching it," going on to add that he told his wife to pretend the TV was broken when it came to the scores to avoid upsetting his daughter.
Jeremy's pro Karen Clifton hopes that things could be better this weekend thanks to the broadcaster's long legs.
Karen said: "Jeremy has fantastic rhythm and he stays on point with the music. He really works hard. It works that has long limbs, he's going to make some fantastic lines in our next dance."
It's the American smooth for the pair next with Jeremy saying he was "excited" to be taking on a very different dance.
