The controversial celebrity blogger said he hopes to take part in the BBC One series when it returns to screens later this year.
Perez 'took to Twitter' last night for a Q&A session, telling his more than five million followers: "Instead of sleeping I'm finally getting around to answering your kind emails of support about my time in #CBB. Seeing and responding to all!"
He later revealed: "And if @BBCstrictly asked me to be on the show, I would jump and twirl and instantly say yes! #TheFunTrain would be full steam for that!!!"
Perez finished sixth on Celebrity Big Brother last month having claimed that he had turned the series into 'The Perez Show'.
Ratings for the series were the highest ever since 2010, when the show was last on Channel 4.
Although we can't imagine that BBC Strictly viewers will be as interested in watching his antics as CBB fans.
Not to mention that having caused thousands of Ofcom complaints with his comments and behaviour, we wouldn't be too shocked with Perez is away from our tellys for a good while yet.
Others potentially tipped for the Strictly Come Dancing 2015 line up include Eamonn Holmes, Ruth Langsford, Sharon Osbourne and Vernon Kay.
