Ola Jordan has told how her injury on The Jump 2015 left her at her "lowest ebb ever".
The Strictly pro severely injured her leg during training for the Channel 4 series last year meaning she didn't even make it onto our screens.
Ola's devastating injury may take up to nine months to fully heal and she's had to undergo surgery in the hope of getting back to her day job of dancing.
Discussing coping with the injury, Ola said this week: "Every morning I'd wake up thinking it was a bad dream. Then the horror of it would hit me.
"I'm an active person, love dancing and going to the gym but I couldn't even walk properly."
She is quoted as telling The Sun newspaper: "I'd lost The Jump, couldn't finish Strictly and had to cancel tours with Arlene Phillips. Losing so much played on my mind and I was at my lowest ebb ever."
Ola revealed how her injury was not actually a broken leg as had first been reported but in fact a snapped ligament.
However, she says she'd have rather broken both her legs.
The Polish beauty explained: "Some reports were stating that I broke my leg. I would rather have broken both limbs than suffer this type of injury because it will take much longer to recover."
The Jump continues nightly on Channel 4.
