Strictly Come Dancing's Simon Webbe fears his chances on the show may be ruined because of Pixie Lott's exit.
Favourite to win Pixie got the axe last weekend in a shock dance-off result against Simon.
It was Pixie's first appearance in the bottom two but Simon's THIRD time having to be saved by the judges.
Even Simon himself admitted this week: “I had accepted that I would be going home when I was in the dance-off with Pixie.
“I thought I deserved to be in the dance-off because the competition was so high on Saturday."
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Simon revealed how he's now become a Strictly hate target because of the result.
"When I got through, I was ecstatic. It was a massive shock," he told the tabloid ahead of Saturday night's live semi-final. “But I’ve been reading social media and I’m a bit worried everyone’s going to hate me because a lot of people thought Pixie was a better dancer and didn’t deserve to go.
"But Len is head judge and he chose me. With his trained eye, perhaps he saw something the public didn’t. I just want to work hard and try not to let Len down.”
Fortunately for the Blue singer, the atmosphere on set of the show has done wonders to help calm his fears.
“There’s a family environment here with everyone from the security, to people behind the cameras, to the dancers," he said. “And the judges have been amazing. They’ve never put me down.
“Strictly is the most enjoyable show I’ve ever seen and been in."
Strictly Come Dancing 2014 airs this Saturday and Sunday night on BBC One.
