Despite the series having been on for over a decade now, Pixie admitted that she found it tough that training actually included "proper steps"!
She told TV Times magazine that rehearsals so far were "Harder than we all thought."
The Lay Me Down singer explained: "It’s like proper steps. I thought it was going to be easier, but it’s fun and everyone has picked it up."
Speaking about her past dancing experience, Pixie continued: "This is something new and we didn’t do Ballroom or Latin at school.
"I haven’t danced like that for a while, but obviously I did do dancing at school, along with the music and drama, but singing is my passion so it became my thing — as that’s what I love. "
Pixie - who is paired with new Aussie pro dancer - went on to reveal that her she spent her first day on the show HUNGOVER.
"On the first day we had our costume fittings and I was really hungover and then I came home and had a lovely curry," she said.
